We decided to take a ski trip, and the only realistic option in the current time of restrictions was Bulgaria. Our roundtrip journey involved 3,186 total kilometres travelled. All charging stops using Superchargers went without a hitch, except for one problem we encountered in Sofia where there was no Supercharger, and where we had to drive past several chargers until we found one not in use. In addition, we were looking for chargers that were free of charge. Since I also enjoy free use of Superchargers, our entire trip cost us nothing in terms of electricity, not a single Euro.
And you must be curious as to the average consumption. For the whole trip, 95% of which was at highway speeds of 130 km/h, consumption came out exactly to 23.3 kWh per 100 km.

I replaced my eGolf with the Ioniq 5 in February 2023. I have driven 4000 miles, my expected annual mileage is around 12000 to 15000 miles.
I was influenced heavily by the many positive reviews of this ev , and the Musk effect disrupting ev values made a nearly new model affordable. I found this dealer ex demo on AutoTrader.

Best in class EV sedan
The EQS is arguably the very best EV sedan in the market today: great 350+ miles range, fast charging, great acceleration - plus everything you would expect from a Benz luxury sedan: many accessories, screens and controls where you need them, very good voice-based MBUX infotainment, built-in navigation, cool interior lighting, panoramic sun roof. One of the best features is the huge trunk!PatrickQ007 US 523 Mar 2023
